Our Navigators are here to assist you, working independently from the NDIS to provide unbiased and dedicated support. Along with our key services below we also offer alternative health and wellbeing therapies and access to our Neurochange - Neuroplasticity Program.

Navigator Services offers a range of alternative health and wellbeing therapies to promote holistic wellness among participants. Our alternative therapies are facilitated by skilled practitioners dedicated to supporting participants in achieving optimal health and balance in their lives.

Our Alternative Health and Wellbeing Therapies are an integration of alternative and complementary therapies to promote overall wellness and enhance conventional treatments. Clients can also benefit from our innovative neuroplasticity program, designed to harness the brain's ability to reorganise and form new neural connections, enhancing cognitive and physical recovery.
MEDITATION
Holistic Tree provides guided meditation sessions to help individuals achieve mental clarity, reduce stress, and enhance emotional health. Our expert facilitators use various techniques to cater to all experience levels, promoting mindfulness and inner peace.
PLANT MEDICINE
We offer plant medicine therapies that utilize natural, plant-based substances to support physical and mental health. These therapies are designed to complement traditional treatments and promote holistic well-being.
YOGA
Our yoga classes are tailored to accommodate individuals of all ages and abilities. Through a combination of physical postures, breath control, and meditation, our experienced instructors guide participants in improving flexibility, strength, and overall wellness.
ENERGY HEALING
Energy healing sessions at Holistic Tree aim to balance the body's energy flow to promote healing and well-being. Our skilled practitioners use techniques such as Reiki and other energy therapies to help alleviate stress, enhance relaxation, and support physical and emotional health.
