GENERAL NAVIGATOR

Our General Navigators help all individuals with disabilities and NDIS participants. They provide information, help access mainstream services, foundational supports, and NDIS services. They also assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in decision-making and ensure that NDIS participants use their budgets effectively and receive the necessary supports.

General Navigator

SPECIALIST NAVIGATOR

Specialist Navigators are designed for NDIS participants with complex support needs. They offer similar services as General Navigators but with additional expertise and time to handle higher support needs and complex circumstances, including frequent interactions with multiple service systems like hospitals or the child protection system.

PSYCHOSOCIAL RECOVERY NAVIGATOR

These Navigators support individuals with psychosocial disabilities, helping them understand and navigate the NDIS. They have mental health expertise to build capacity and capability among participants, connecting them with mainstream and foundational supports that suit their needs.

NAVIGATOR

Housing and Living Navigators assist NDIS participants with housing and living budgets. They help explore and choose suitable housing options within their budgets and negotiate with housing providers to ensure satisfactory living arrangements.

SHARED SUPPORT
FACILITATOR

For participants sharing housing and living supports, these Facilitators ensure everyone has a voice in organizing and delivering their support. They maintain independence from support providers and property managers, giving people a real say in their living arrangements.

Shared Support Facilitator

Lead Practitioners support children and families, identifying needs, connecting them to appropriate foundational supports and mainstream services, and offering coaching for child development. For NDIS participants, they also coordinate NDIS funded services to build a supportive network around the child and family.

Our counselling services provide empathetic, confidential, and professional support to individuals with disabilities. We offer tailored counselling sessions to address a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our experienced counsellors work closely with participants to develop coping strategies, enhance emotional well-being, and promote personal growth.

We provide expert advice on accessing NDIS funding, mainstream services, and other community resources. Our advisors offer personalized guidance to ensure participants receive the best possible support tailored to their unique needs.

We create individualized care plans tailored to each person's unique needs and preferences, ensuring comprehensive support and connect individuals with local community resources, activities, and groups to enhance social interaction and reduce isolation. We provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure individuals stay connected and benefit fully from prescribed social activities.
